Everybody shares responsibility for promoting the welfare of children as a parent or family member, a concerned friend or neighbour, an employer, staff member, volunteer or visitor. The Harbour School is committed to ensuring that the safety, well-being and development of all learners who attend is our paramount concern.
If you have any concerns regarding the welfare of any of our learners then please ask to speak to either the Designated Safeguarding Lead or a Senior Manager in the first instance and they will ensure that any concern is dealt with promptly and appropriately.
Learners know that there are adults in the school whom they can speak to if they are worried or concerned about their own, or another learner's well-being.
